Frequently asked questions.

What is “The Experience”?

The Experience is our signature journey : an immersive session that awakens the senses, restores balance, and invites your body, mind, and spirit to return home to themselves. Everything in life is an experience, but the challenging ones can be harder to digest. This is why we walk through The Experience together, to gently remold those moments, integrate their lessons, and free you to move forward with more clarity and ease.

What is “The Deepening Mentorship”?

The Deepening is an intimate one-on-one mentorship for those ready to go further. Together, we clarify what matters most, create rhythms that work for your life, and align your actions with your inner truth. We also deepen into the story of where you might feel stuck, exploring the layers together so you’re not alone in the process — giving space for clarity, release, and transformation to unfold.

Do I need any experience before booking?

Not at all. You can come exactly as you are. Every session meets you where you are and supports you from there, whether it’s your first time or your hundredth.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle if you’d like and, if it feels right, a journal to capture any reflections afterward.

How do I know which offering is right for me?

If you’re seeking a single, deep-dive journey, choose The Experience. If you want ongoing guidance and transformation over time, The Deepening is for you. For collective energy and shared practices, join our Classes or Retreats. If you still are wondering message me through the contact page and I would love to answer any questions.

How long are sessions?

The Experience lasts between 60–80 minutes. The Deepening Mentorship unfolds over regular 60-minute sessions tailored to your needs.

Where do sessions take place?

We gather in person at our studio, and some offerings are also available online so you can join from anywhere.

What happens after my session?

Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. Sometimes , this work can also bring moments of sensitivity, as realizations surface and truths become more fully felt. This is a natural part of the integration process. We recommend allowing some quiet time afterward to integrate the experience, whether that’s journaling, taking a walk, or simply resting. You’ll also receive a personal follow-up from Alexis to check in, answer any questions, and offer support as you move through and integrate clarity and the tenderness.
