    The Pulse & The Pattern is a movement practice that weaves breath, sound, and motion to help you reconnect with your body and inner rhythm. It’s a form of prayer through movement, an intentional space to release, restore and return to yourself. It supports personal healing and offers a steady rhythm for our evolving community to ground, grow and gather.
